Digital Readiness Workshop
Build a shared vocabulary for digital change, score where you actually stand, and scope what is worth doing first.
Half-day. Leadership and operators in one room. Leave with clear language, a readiness snapshot, and a scoped shortlist, not another idea pile.
Operator Working Session
A technical working session against your real systems, using ARC's stages, four axes, and delivery principles.
One or two days. We work in your tools and constraints. Leave with a run plan your team can execute without us in the room.
Custom Team Workshop
You set the problem. We design the day around it, with the same ARC standard for clarity, owners, and next steps.
Scoped after a short intake. Half-day or multi-day. Topic is yours: cloud, data, cybersecurity, CDP, governance, delivery, nonprofit programs, AI, or something else entirely.
